ALBATours’ 2010 Italy program is now detailed in a new brochure.

The program, which runs from April to October, sees ALBATours use Alitalia as its carrier for all coach tour packages.

For 2010, the tour operator has introduced a new escorted coach tour and made enhancements to others.

A limited time offer features savings of up to $300 per couple on all air-inclusive and tour-only packages.

New is the five-night Return to Sorrento coach tour, which features two nights in Rome and two more in Sorrento.

Rates start at $1,039 for the tour-only package and from $1,829 for the air-inclusive package.

CIT Tours’ 2010 Enchanting Europe & the Best of Italy brochure has hotels and country resorts in Italy’s main cities and tourist destinations, and also features hotels in Britain, France, Portugal, Spain, Malta, Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

New tours include Italian coach tours “Rome, Florence & the Tuscan Landscape” and “The Magnificent South,” which features the Amalfi Coast, Puglia and Basilicata.

The Morocco Express, an escorted coach tour that combines Spain’s Costa del Sol with Morocco’s Imperial Cities, has been added, along with two independent rail tours in Spain. On the Wine & Gourmet front is the new “Amalfi’s Cucina del Gusto” tour, where travellers experience Italian cuisine with hands-on cooking lessons, while at the same time discovering the Sorrentine Peninsula.
